The ISO 9001:2000 standard is the most comprehensive of the ISO 9000 quality series which provides a model for defining, implementing and measuring production systems and customer service.

To be certified as an ISO 9001:2000 company, Standard Grinding & Mfg. Co. must adhere to a rigid quality management system in all development, purchasing, manufacturing, quality assurance, testing, customer service, specification compliance, and delivery areas.
